Yes, it’s badly thought out – I don’t understand why everything has to be made into such a big deal -the simple options are always the best. A roundabout WILL NOT solve the problem. All it will do is stroke a few egos which shouldn’t be in positions of power and responsibility anyway. The money could be spent in far more creative ways.
